ROOF FINDINGS
This is an example of an aged/ damaged roof vent boot. Notice how the rubber boot has dry-rotted and has now cracked. This normally is a result of failure to replace the boots when replacing the roof and can result in roof leaks
HAZARDOUS FINDINGS
Often we find not only aesthetically displeasing items, but sometime we find downright dangerous and hazardous items. This stove vent is in a serious state of disrepair and is a complete fire hazard.

WATER HEATER FINDINGS
Often we find incorrectly installed water heaters. Whether it's an incorrectly plumbed temp/ pressure relief valve line, corroded or leaking supply valves, or in this case, missing the pan that should've been installed under the water heater. This pan might not have stopped a serious leak but it may have alerted the homeowner before the leak caused damage.
